Herbal Products Policy
Due to the nature of our herbal smokes and supplements we will not except returns for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s) within the first 10 days of receiving your order, please return the unused portion for an exchange with another herbal product only of the same or lesser value. Smoking Devices and Vaporizer Policy
Due to the nature of smoking devices and vaporizers we will only accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This includes all vaporizers, hookah, tobacco pipes, etc. Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims.
Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
